“Wet-Stick” Plastic Roof Cement

  • All-purpose patching cement.
  • Sets up to form a tough, continuous, moisture-proof film that retains its pliability for a long period of time.
  • Will expand and conform to movement of other materials.
  • Can be used on wet or dry surfaces.
  • Excellent for repairs of all flashings and is ideal for vertical surface application around roofs, parapet walls, chimneys, valleys, pipes, and foundations.
  • Can also be used for repairing leaks in shingles, concrete, metal or asphalt roofs, down spouts, and cornices.
  • Coverage: 1 gallon covers approximately 7 sq. ft. at 1/4” thick.

Cold Application Cement

  • Black, heavy brush grade cement.
  • High strength adhesive forms a tight moisture seal when applied between layers of roll roofing and when used to apply roll roofing to various substrates.
  • Strength helps prevent buckling or curling of the edges of the sheets when applied in a uniform film between plies or at laps.
  • Can be used as a heavy duty coating to seal hairline cracks and pin holes in worn roof surfaces.
  • Coverage: 1 gallon covers approximately 65 sq. ft.

Foundation & Non-Fibered Roof Coating

  • Used for waterproofing exterior surfaces.
  • Excellent coating to penetrate and seal pores in masonry surfaces, providing a moisture and water barrier both below and above grade.
  • Makes an excellent coating for built-up roofs, sealing small cracks and pin holes, as well as resaturating and restoring worn composition roofs.
  • Coverage: 3 gallons per 100 sq. ft. on built-up roofs and masonry; 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. on metal roofs.

  • Can also be used to metal roofs and siding, exterior foundation walls, and other concrete and masonry surfaces.
  • Also used as an interply adhesive between layers of asphalt felts.
  • Coverage: approximately 1-1/2 to 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. on built-up roofs and masonry; approximately 1 gallon per 100 sq. ft. on metal roofs.

  • Can also be used on metal roofs and siding, exterior foundation walls, and other concrete masonry surfaces.

“Cool Top Plus” Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating

  • Solvent type, asphalt based coating that is similar to conventional roof coatings.
  • Provides a tough continuous coating with extra-long life and good initial brightness.
  • Aluminum pigment gives it a bright, metallic aluminum color when applied on metal, tile, conventional bituminous roof surfaces and modified bitumen.
  • Reflective coating reduces the deteriorating effect of the sun’s rays, reduces interior temperature, and protects roof surfaces from excessive weathering.
  • Can be used on old asphalt roofs (smooth or mineral-surfaced), silos, metal roofs and siding, water towers, modified bitumens, mobile homes, campers, and R.V.’s.
  • Aluminum coatings can reduce interior temperatures up to 15° F and serve as a rust inhibitor and anti-corrosive agent.
  • Coverage: 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. on roofing felts and masonry; 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. on metal.

  • Elastomeric, trowel-consistency cement.
