Precast. Use an individual step only or combine steps with risers when multiple steps are necessar. Steps are reinforced with two embedded steel rods. Bond components to one another with ready-mix concrete or concrete caulk.

Thoroseal® Waterproof Cement-Based Coating
- Waterproofs and protects building interiors from dampness, moisture, or seepage.

Thoroseal® Foundation Coating
- Heavy, cement-based coating.
- Bonds well with concrete and masonry substrates.
- Recommended for concrete, masonry, basement walls, and foundation and retaining walls.
- Resistant to both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure.
- Will not “blow off” exposed side of wall.
- Breathable; allows interior moisture to escape without damaging coating.
- Locks deep into pores and voids to become part of the wall when fully cured.
- Gray in color to blend into cement block and concrete walls.
- Resistant to mold and mildew.
- Apply with a push broom or 6” masonry brush.
- Can also be mixed with clean washed sand and trowel-applied as a superior waterproofing coating.
- This is the best product we know of for bonding styrofoam to the outside of masonry walls.

Thorobond® Water-Based Bonding Agent
- Polyvinyl acetate, liquid adhesive bonding agent.
- Use on masonry, gypsum plaster, concrete, and wallboard before topping with plaster or concrete mortar.
- Also recommended for concrete block, wood, metal, concrete slabs, glass, stucco, marble, drywall, and tile.
- Adds extra bonding strength between substrate and new coating.

Acryl® 60 Liquid Admixture
- Acrylic polymer, water-based liquid.
- Mix with any cement-based material to improve adhesion, cohesion; tensile, compressive, and flexural strength.
- Recommended for cement mortars, plasters, stuccos, concrete mixes, and most cement-based materials.
- Add to concrete for resurfacing driveways, floors, or walks.

- Adds extra toughness and crack-resistance to cement-based mixes.
