Nail-Lam Building Columns

  • Used as posts in pole barns and other post-framed buildings
  • Comprised of 3 plies of glued and nailed 2x6 #1 Southern Pine.
  • Straighter, stronger, and lighter than solid posts. Many of our pole barn builders have switched from 6x6's to Nail-Lam columns.
  • Bottom 6' is treated to structural ground contact retention.
  • Upper 18-24 inches not nailed or glued to allow notching for bearing trusses.
