Q:  Why does Modify Cart offer me a quantity box for Shipping and/or Tax lines?	Q:  For high-precision priced items, why does Modify Cart show unit prices to the penny rather than to the hundredth of a penny?
A:  Modify Cart thinks of Shipping and Tax as two additional items added to your list of merchandise.  So with this computer-minded personality, it shows you the quantity of "1" for each of those "items."  But our friend "M.C." won't let you change them!	A:  High-precision priced items (those with unit prices to the hundredth of a penny) are displayed to the penny while in the Modify Cart screen only.  Unit prices are redisplayed in full precision upon leaving Modify Cart.  "M.C." likes to simplify the display when changing quantities.
